Explore Jessica Elliott's Guiding principles of High Performance Leadership Coaching

for Founders, Executives, Athletes.

Committed to Your Success.

I’m dedicated to uplifting and empowering Founders, Executives, and Athletes every step of the way. Through personalized guidance and unwavering support, I help you achieve your goals and reach peak performance in your career and life.

Your success is my success, and I’m fully committed to seeing you thrive. With me by your side, you’ll have the tools, resources, and encouragement you need to unlock your full potential and lead with confidence.

01

Embracing Your Uniqueness.

My high performance leadership coaching is designed for those who are outside the norm—Founders, Executives, and Athletes who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table. I understand the importance of creating a space where you can be your authentic self. My coaching environment celebrates individuality, and I prioritize values like authenticity, joy, empathy, creativity, kindness, and collaboration.

As someone who personally understands the experiences of being neurodivergent, navigating mental health challenges, and supporting the LGBTQ+ community, I’m committed to being an ally on your journey to success. I’m here to support you every step of the way as you achieve your goals.

02

Fostering a Community Where Everyone Belongs.

I champion diversity and inclusion, empowering Founders, Executives, and Athletes across the globe. My mission is to uplift and celebrate people from all walks of life, creating a coaching environment rooted in respect and empathy. Discrimination in any form has no place in my practice. I stand firmly against hate, discriminatory behavior, blaming, bullying, rigidness, or drama. When we work together, I expect the same commitment to creating a positive and inclusive space, where everyone feels valued and respected.

03

Cultural Respect & Continuous Learning.

I am deeply honoured to be situated on the unceded traditional territories of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Vancouver, British Columbia, holds a special place in my heart, and as a settler, I’m filled with respect and gratitude for our city and the land it’s built on.

While I cannot embody indigenous teachings, I strive to approach my work with respect and honour for the philosophies of Indigenous healers and elders. I believe in acknowledging the interconnectedness of all living beings and the land itself, as well as the wisdom of other cultures.

Guided by these values, my intention is to create a space of healing, transformation, and empowerment. My commitment to these principles extends beyond my immediate surroundings, recognising the universal importance of respecting all forms of wisdom and its origin across the world.

This statement is made with the intent of being culturally sensitive and respectful. It’s also what I believe in. This type of work requires ongoing education in an ever-changing landscape to integrate new findings, so this statement may be edited over time to adjust to this as I learn more.

04

Personal Commitment to Making a Positive Impact.

For over 20 years, giving back has been a core part of my philosophy. I’ve supported human rights and animal advocacy organizations through annual contributions, long before founding my high-performance coaching practice. I believe that every individual has the power to make a meaningful impact on the world.

A portion of the proceeds from my coaching services goes directly to these organizations, reflecting my commitment to social and environmental causes. From championing marginalized communities to protecting our planet’s most vulnerable creatures, I use my resources to drive meaningful change.

In addition to financial support, I’ve dedicated the past 15 years to volunteering with various organizations, focusing on empowering women entrepreneurs to grow and succeed. Through group coaching, mentoring, and individual sessions, I’ve shared my expertise to support their journeys. This includes collaborating with institutions like the University of British Columbia, YWCA, The Forum, Futurpreneur, and Voices of Muslim Women, helping women navigate their entrepreneurial paths.

Thank you for joining me in this journey of giving back and making a difference.
