How Coaching Memberships Work

  • Coaching is available through monthly memberships
  • You can choose between 1x – 2x a month or weekly coaching sessions
  • Customised memberships are available, just ask
  • Sessions must be used within each billing cycle (1 month)
  • A minimum of six sessions is required for all memberships
  • An average client’s journey is 8 months – 2 years+
  • Consistent scheduling of sessions is essential for the best results

Follow These Steps

  • Click here to schedule a live 1-1 Intake Session
  • After your Intake Session, you’ll receive a link to pay for your chosen coaching membership.
  • After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique code and URL to book your online Coaching sessions.

What You Need To Know

  • Find a quiet environment for our session.
  • Wear a headset or earbuds for privacy and call clarity.
  • Have a glass of water or your favourite beverage and get comfortable!
  • Have a notebook, or one tab open on your computer for note taking.
  • You don’t need to time our call – I’ll do that for you.
  • Come to your session with one or two main subjects or roadblocks to speak about. It may be something new, or something we’ve been working on for the past few sessions.

Mental Wellbeing

Clients come to me in varying states of mental and emotional wellbeing. As a result, I will assess where you’re at and where you want to be. This includes emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. In conclusion, if I feel that our coaching would work best while you also see a counselor and/or psychological professional, then I will kindly suggest this. Information received through our coaching together is not intended to replace advice from medical and/or other psychological practitioners, nor am I liable for any successes or missteps you may take during and after working with me.

As a general rule, I lean into future thinking and results-oriented coaching practice. As a result, clients take action on their own. Accountability is both the client’s responsibility and my offering to better our experience. When speaking about your career or business, the same rules apply, but I would like to kindly remind you that anything we talk about, or anything I may suggest, cannot be held against me for future earnings and successes or outcomes of your career and/or business.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel or reschedule your session, go back to your original session confirmation email and there will be a prompt to do so. Please note, you cannot cancel or reschedule your coaching session online within a 24 hour window of your session time. Please contact me directly if this situation arises. On the rare occasion I need to cancel an appointment, I reserve the right to do so at any time with an opportunity to re-book our session when it works for both individuals.

Personal Information

Acuity Scheduling is the platform that I use to book clients online and Stripe collects payments. Stripe holds your credit card information and will automatically make payments to your monthly membership without your prompt. Please be aware that your ‘monthly’ payment would start on whatever date you purchased your coaching membership. For example, you paid for the 2x a month Coaching Membership on April 3rd, therefore your membership will renew every month on the 3rd. Your personal information is kept safe through the Stripe online system and my websites secure SSL.

Coaching Agreement

You’ll be sent a coaching agreement after we’ve established an introduction and you’ve committed to a coaching membership. This agreement is between you and myself (Jessica Elliott / J Elliott Coaching) and covers many topics, parameters and a framework for which we’ll work in. This agreement must be signed and sent back to me prior to any coaching sessions.
